Age Verification Policy
Lovender is for adults only. No content is shown before the user confirms they are 18 or older.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. Age confirmation
- Before any content is shown, every visitor must confirm that they are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher).
- No content is available until the visitor confirms. Visitors who do not confirm cannot use Lovender.
- By confirming, the user declares that they are an adult. Providing a false declaration breaches our Terms of Service.
2. Additional measures
- Users must verify their email address and use two-factor authentication to access their account.
- Payment cards must be in the user's own name.
- Lovender contains only fictional adult characters.
3. Suspected underage users
If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, for example from a report, we close the account. Anyone can report a suspected underage user to [email protected].
4. Review
We keep this policy under review and will introduce additional age assurance methods where required by law or by our payment partners.
